Richard Kossak, the lead designer, and owner of the firm is an Accredited Architectural Technologist and a member of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario. He is a Qualified & Registered Designer under the Ontario Building Code with BCIN Certification for – House and Small Buildings.
